Refund policy

RETURNING BOUTIQUE PURCHASES:

• Purchases–excluding items marked as final sale–may be sent back for a refund within 15 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued to your card that you used for purchase, generally within 3-5 days of arriving back to us.

• Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

• Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived.

• If the item received is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us. 

RETURNING RENTED ITEMS:

If you’re a member, there are no set return dates! When you’re ready to swap for something new, send back as many items as you want, whenever you want. 

Put your rentals in the correct plastic reusable zipper garment bag they arrived in. We make sure they're recycled properly and this helps with our sku process. A win-win.

After all the garments are in their proper zipper bags, place them in the included poly mailer and stick on the provided return label.

If an item is lost and not returned back, we will charge a $15 fee.
